Press Release Summary: XStream Systems' Authorized Sales Agents met in Sebastian,
Florida for two day annual meeting focusing on the pharmaceutical authentication
solution they now offer throughout the United States.

Press Release Body: XStream Systems, Inc. announced the completion of its annual ASA
meeting. Authorized Sales Agents from multiple territories joined the XStream
Systems team at the Sebastian, Florida headquarters for two nights and two days. The
major focus of the meeting was the pharmaceutical authentication solution they are
now all offering throughout the United States.

"Given the proliferation of counterfeit pharmaceuticals both here and abroad, we are
convinced that we have a unique solution. A technology which looks inside sealed
pharmaceutical containers will be a positive focus for our company and ASA
Partners." stated Alan Clock, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for
XStream Systems.

Senior executives and key representatives from Compass Engineering, Omicron, Inc.,
Schlegel Associates, and Remetronix attended the meeting. Also present was Eastern
Applied Research from Lockport, New York. After the gathering, Bob Moll, General
Manager of EAR stated "We are excited to be involved with XStream and the caliber of
people we have met in the last few days."

Topics covered included corporate history and direction, sales techniques for the
XT250TM System, market focus, marketing tactics, and pharmaceutical industry
practices.

Aside from the training, another key event was the establishment of complete US
Field Service Provider coverage. This national support system enables any XT250
Material Identification System to have a service provider ready at anytime,
anywhere.

XStream Systems considered this year's ASA meeting a success. The corporation is
looking forward to a great year with their ASAs and FSPs, and is already looking
ahead to 2009's meeting.
